Belle Maison

This charming gite is our largest and have gone through complete renovation to offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms and a large open plan kitchen/dining area. There is also a separate lounge with comfy sofas and flat screen tv with direct access through french doors to the communal garden.

La Maison belle is located at one end of the 16th Century Longere and benefit from 2 private out door spaces.

From the kitchen you have direct access through french doors to a covered wooden terrace with a comfy sofa and dining table. It is the perfect place to sit and relax and enjoy the country side. 
To the front of the property there is a private patio with table and chairs and a BBQ overlooking the communal garden, play area and swimming pools. From here you can enjoy the sun from mid – day to late evening while still keeping an eye on the children as they play with friends in the secure walled garden.

An oak front door takes you to the large open plan kitchen/dining area. Here you will find a new and well equipped kitchen with all the mod cons you should need while on holiday. Charming beams have been exposed as well as the original beautiful Charentaise stone walls. 

The lounge is of a good size and again offers direct access to the front garden through large French doors.

Down stairs you will also find a shower room with toilet.

A charming oak staircase takes you to the first floor where you have 3 bedrooms and a large family bath room. The first bedroom is a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and views to the communal garden.

The second bedroom is large with views towards the back and open country side. There are 2 single beds which can be put together to create one large king size bed. 

Of the landing is the 3rd large bedroom equipped with a large king size bed and a day bed for secluded relaxation. There are views to the back and front garden and the room has beautiful old restored beams as well as exposed Charentaise stone walls.

All of the bedrooms have large wardrobes and a small dressing table.
