La Grange

This 2 bedroom gite has been restored to a high standard whilst retaining its rustic French charm.

Situated at the end of the longere, La Grange benefits from two outdoor areas. A large area in front of the gite overlooks the garden, play area and pools. The perfect place to sit and enjoy the peace and the sun while still being able to watch the children as they play in the garden.

The second terrace equipped with a BBQ and seating area is completely tucked away and very private overlooking open farmland.

Large french doors at the front of the gite open onto a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area with a beautiful round charentaise stonewall and oak beams. The large kitchen is fitted with new appliances including a dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. A mezzanine area, reached by a traditional spindle staircase, stretches over the dining area and kitchen. From the comfortable sofa in the living area you have views via large french doors to open country side.

The mezzanine area where the beautiful A frame rafters are in view, complete with large lighting, leads to a beautiful main bedroom with exposed stone walls, oak beams and a large floor to sealing window with plentiful views over the garden, pools and country side. Restored pieces of furniture give this room true french character. There is en suite access from this bedroom to the family shower room.

The second room is a smaller bedroom with bunk bed and views to the fields. Access to the family bathroom is from the mezzanine area.

This gite is less suited for elderly people and toddlers due to the spital stair case.
