From the moment you enter the gite into the open plan kitchen\/dining area you are greated with an amazing floor to ceiling view of the original wooden A frame and exposed charentaise stone walls. \u00a0This spacious area, complete with wood-burning stove and large dining table has a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons you need while on holiday.<\/p>\n
From the open plan kitchen area you have direct access to a private decking area to the rear with table and chairs and a private terrace with table, chairs and BBQ to the front of the property over looking the communal garden with play area and the enclosed heated pools. Here you can sit and relax in the sun but still keeping an eye on the children while they play.<\/p>\n
A tiled stair case leads you to a beautiful mezzanine lounge with flat screen TV, sofas and tables. French doors leads you to a small juliet balcony with views over the pools, gardens and countryside.<\/p>\n
The perfect place for watching the sunset with a glass of wine while you scent the beautiful rose climber out side the gite.<\/p>\n
From the lounge a long corridor leads to three good size bedrooms.<\/p>\n
All the bedrooms have large windows with views over the communal garden, countryside and pools. The first bedroom has a wooden queen size bed, wardrobe and dressing table.<\/p>\n
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a large wardrobe. A Z bed can be added if needed.<\/p>\n
At the end of the corridor is the family bath room with bathtub and shower.<\/p>\n
Further along is another queen size bedroom equipped with wooden wardrobe and draw unit. Here you will also find a small en-suite shower and toilet.<\/p>\n
